Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with clients to identify business, organisational, and people transformation needs, diagnosing key challenges, and providing solutions
- Leading project teams, both internal and external, throughout the project lifecycle, from diagnosis to solution delivery, ensuring impactful outcomes
- Building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with clients’ operational decision-makers to drive successful project outcomes
- Contributing to business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and offering valuable insights for strategic growth
- Taking a proactive role in advancing your professional development, the development of your team, and the overall growth of the business
About You
- You’re passionate about helping businesses and people grow and thrive.
- You stay informed on the latest trends and developments in business, technology, and human capital management.
- You have 5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, particularly in business, organisational, or people-related projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- You possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptualisation skills, and you’re eager to learn and grow quickly.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering outcome-driven projects while managing resources and engaging team members effectively.
- You make data-driven decisions with strong rationale and take decisive action.
- You communicate effectively in both English and Thai, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and can navigate conversations with business leaders across industries.
- You’re committed to personal and professional development and have a history of delivering meaningful results in your previous roles.
- You’re highly proficient with office tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, and can create compelling content for clients.
