In this role, you’ll work alongside a team of talented professionals to deliver organisational and people transformation solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding client needs, business context, and insights to support solution development and decision-making
- Contributing to the design, development, and delivery of tailored consulting solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth project delivery
- Supporting business development efforts, including proposal writing, lead generation, and industry insights research
- Generating value-added ideas to enhance both the team and your role as a business analyst
